What i have learnt about the four dimension - health

1) today I learnt about the four dimensions of Haora (whare-tapa-wha)

2) My physical well being is in good condition my health is very good and making sure I have a good hygiene and making sure I'm keeping clean.

3) The things that I do well to look after my taha tinana are making sure I'm eating the right foods and making sure keep my self-hydrated and motivated. and doing some Phycals things as well like going to sports.

4) the things that I could do better for my physical wellbeing are to spend some time doing outdoor things so like hiking and going for walks or maybe go rock climbing. and eat fewer takeaways

5) This dimension is one of the 4 dimensions that I do/don't need to work on. the things I need to work on is on my social, I hardly talk to people because I feel uncomfortable and sometimes I get nervous like I don't know the right words to say.
